1:1 Functional Nutrition Support
This is where we actually figure your body out.
Personalized, high-touch support for those who are done guessing. No more trying to piece together conflicting advice from Instagram and late night Google searches.
This is not a copy-paste protocol.
It’s the clinical depth of of a functional medicine approach, delivered by a registered dietitian who understands personally what it means to be the patient.
What that means for you? Real support, real strategy, and an actionable plan built around your body, your life, and your goals.
What you get when you sign up for personalized nutrition support:
Not a meal plan. Not a supplement list. Not a protocol handed to you at session one and never revisited.
What you're signing up for is understanding your own body well enough to trust it, maybe for the first time in a long time. (And okay yes, we absolutely cover meal plans, supplements, and protocols when they best serve you.)
Here's how this actually works in practice:
We look at your symptoms. We look at your health history. We look at your labs (and order more when necessary). But we also look at your sleep, your stress, your lifestyle, and anything else that might seem small, but has a role in the bigger picture. Because knowing the whole person is key to understanding what’s driving your symptoms.
From there, we build a plan that is:
Personalized
Science-backed
And actually doable in your life
And then, something starts to shift that has nothing to do with your labs.
The fear starts to quiet. Every symptom stops feeling like an ambush and starts feeling like information. You stop dreading what comes next because you know how to respond to it. You start to loosen the death grip on controlling every aspect of your life.
Not because nothing is happening in your body, but because you finally understand what's happening…and what to do about it.
Is this the right fit?
This is for you if…
You believe—deep down—that healing is possible.
You may not know how yet, but you know you’re not meant to feel this way forever.
You refuse to accept that your current symptoms are your “new normal.”
You’re done settling, done coping, done shrinking to match your energy levels. You want your life back.
You’re ready to commit to the process and make the shifts that support real transformation.
Not punishment, not perfection. Just intentional choices that unlock the version of you who feels vibrant again.
You want someone to look at the whole picture, not just hand you another supplement without explanation.
You have a sneaking suspicion that the random virus, the unmanaged stress, the poor habits that have crept in as survival mechanisms are all contributing to your symptoms. And you want someone to help you connect the dots.
You want a compassionate partner in this, not a copy-paste protocol.
Someone who listens without judgment, celebrates your wins, and gives you personalized, science-backed guidance every step of the way. I’ll laugh with you, cry with you, and walk beside you through every messy middle and breakthrough moment.
This isn’t for you if…
You’re looking for a quick fix.
Symptoms and conditions build over time. Unwinding them requires patience, curiosity, and consistency. I’ll guide you through the process and cheer you on when things feel slow.
You’re not open to looking at the full picture.
If you want someone to just fix the diet and leave everything else alone, this probably isn't the right fit. We look at everything here. Because symptoms don’t happen in a silo, so the treatment can’t either.
You’re not willing to show up for yourself.
I’ll give you the roadmap, the support, the tools, and the mindset shifts, but you still have to take the steps. Together, we’ll make them feel doable and aligned with your life.
You want someone to “fix” you without your participation.
This work is collaborative. I’ll go to bat for you, advocate for you, refine your plan with you, and be your biggest hype woman, but I can’t want your healing more than you do.
You prefer staying in the “comfortable” known over getting better.
Growth requires change. Change can feel scary. I’ll help the process feel safe, supported, and sustainable, but it does require your commitment to evolution.
Ready to Thrive?
Here’s what you can expect from our sessions:
-

Phase 1: Discover
This is where we go deep. Your full medical history, your symptoms, your past protocols, your lifestyle, your previous labs…everything. Not to judge any of it, but to uncover the root causes driving your symptoms. You'll leave this session with a clear direction, a personalized testing plan, and the first real sense of “oh, so that's why my body has been doing this.”
-

Phase 2: Decode
Here's where the data becomes a plan. We take everything we've learned from your health history and pair it with new lab data to turn it into a targeted nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategy built for your actual life. The one that’s busy, slightly messy, and craving a little more joy. You'll leave with a clear roadmap and the understanding of exactly why each piece of it matters for you specifically.
-

Phase 3: Dial-In
This is where healing becomes sustainable. We fine-tune your plan as your body responds, troubleshoot what isn't working, celebrate what is, and make sure every piece of this continues to fit into your real, full, imperfect life. This phase is where the deeper shifts happen. The ones that make you realize you actually know how to do this now.
Core
For the person who wants expert guidance, a clear plan, and enough space to implement between sessions.
You're not someone who needs her hand held. You need expert guidance, a clear direction, and the space to run with it. A month between sessions gives you exactly that: time to implement, experiment, and notice what's shifting so you can come back with real data and keep refining.
You're the person who does the reading, asks the questions, and follows through even when it's hard. The problem was never your commitment; you were always willing to do the work. It was that nobody gave you a plan worth committing to.
This is a great fit if you’ve got some capacity, follow through well, and want steady support without making healing your full-time job.

Momentum
For when a month between sessions feels unmooring instead of empowering.
A lot can happen in four weeks when you're dealing with bigger issues like autoimmune disease or chronic illness. Symptoms shift. New things surface. Something that felt fine last week suddenly isn't. And sitting with all of that for a month — without knowing if what you're experiencing is normal, a sign to adjust, or something to flag — feels threatening to your healing.
Momentum is for the person whose health picture is complex and fast-moving enough to need more support. More frequent touchpoints mean faster adjustments, fewer moments of wondering if you're on the right track, and a much shorter window between "something feels off" and "here's what we're going to do about it."
6-month commitment 2 session per month

Need longer-term support?
Many clients continue beyond their initial package. We can decide that together based on your progress, your goals, and what kind of support makes sense for the season you’re in.
Choose Your Level of Support
All options include personalized, 1:1 care with between-session messaging, individualized protocols, and guidance on labs and supplements when appropriate. The difference is session frequency and length of support, not the quality of care.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. While autoimmune disease is a specialty of mine, I work with anyone who, for lack of a better term, feels like crap and doesn't know why. Chronic GI issues, persistent inflammation, unexplained fatigue, body composition goals that aren't responding to the usual approaches. If something feels off and you haven't been able to get to the bottom of it, that's exactly the kind of puzzle I solve.
-
Often yes, and this kind of partnership can actually be incredibly powerful. Functional medicine doctors and dietitians cover different ground, and the two working together often gets results neither achieves alone. Just let me know at intake or in your first session so we can coordinate care thoughtfully.
-
Because what didn't work wasn't necessarily the approach, it was likely how it was applied. Copy-paste protocols, supplements prescribed without explanation, plans that looked great on paper but didn't account for your actual life or didn’t account for whole aspects of your life that impact your condition. What I do differently isn't just the clinical framework. It's that I listen to everything, I build around your specific picture, and I don't stop when things get complicated. If you've been burned before, I get it. That's exactly why the discovery call exists, so you can ask me the hard questions before you commit to anything.
-
It depends on how long things have been building, what your current habits are, and how complex your picture is, and I'll always be straight with you about that. Most clients notice something shifting within the first one to two months, though what shifts first varies. Some people feel energy change before symptoms do. Some see labs move before they feel it physically. What I can tell you is that we track progress consistently and adjust as we go so you're never just waiting and hoping.
-
We figure out why. Progress in healing is rarely linear and a plateau or setback isn't a dead end, it's information. If something isn't working, I want to know that as much as you do. We'll look at what's changed, what we might be missing, and what to adjust. I don't wrap things up and wish you luck when things get hard.
-
A standard dietitian appointment is typically focused on diet alone: what you're eating, how much you’re eating, how to adjust it for a specific condition, maybe some general lifestyle advice. What I do is significantly broader. We're looking at your full picture: labs, nervous system, stress response, sleep, emotional patterns, the things most appointments don't have time to touch. I'm also a patient who has been through what you're going through which changes how I listen, what I notice, and how I work with you.
-
Absolutely. I will always be honest with you if I think a dietary approach isn't serving your health, but I will never pressure you to change something you're not comfortable changing. Your autonomy matters here. We work with your life, not against it.
-
Labs and supplements are not included in the package price and are never ordered or recommended without your full understanding and approval first. If I think something would be useful, I'll explain exactly what it is, why I'm recommending it, and what it costs before anything moves forward. No surprises.
-
Not directly. My services are private pay. However, many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost. I'm happy to provide a superbill if you'd like to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though I can't guarantee coverage. If cost is a concern, let's talk on the discovery call. I'd rather have that conversation openly than have it be the thing that stops you from getting support.
-
That's what the discovery call is for. Fifteen minutes, no commitment, and we'll figure it out together. Click the above link to book.
-
Yes, and honestly, many clients do. Toward the end of your initial package we'll talk through what continued support looks like and figure out what makes the most sense for where you are at that point. You won't be left without a plan.
