  • I can't make specific clinical promises — every body is different and results vary. What I can tell you is that this program covers the exact steps I took to put my own autoimmune disease into remission, and the same steps I've used with clients who have significantly reduced their symptoms, stabilized their labs, extended time between flares, and in many cases achieved remission themselves. The research on functional nutrition and autoimmune disease is clear: the body has a remarkable capacity to heal when you give it the right environment. This program is about creating that environment, systematically, in the right order, for your actual life.

  • Most likely yes. While the specifics of every autoimmune condition are different, the foundations of healing — nervous system regulation, gut health, blood sugar stability, elimination of inflammatory triggers, and addressing the emotional and psychological patterns that drive immune dysregulation — apply across the board. I've worked with clients managing Hashimoto's, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, IBD, MS, POTS, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, and more.   • Two things.

    First, the order. Most programs jump straight to elimination diets or gut protocols without the foundations in place. So you can be doing all the right things and still not seeing results. This program starts where healing actually starts and builds from there.

    Second, the gaps. There are almost always pieces you have not been shown yet. Nervous system patterns that keep your immune system in overdrive. Personality and emotional patterns that drive flares. The timing of when to address what so your body can actually respond. These are the pieces most programs skip.

  • There's genuinely valuable information in this program for plant-based eaters — the nervous system work, the mindset modules, the blood sugar and energy foundations, the lifestyle pieces. A significant amount of the content applies regardless of how you eat. That said, I want to be honest with you: the elimination diet module is designed around including at least some animal protein, and following it in a truly balanced way on a fully plant-based diet would be difficult. If you're vegetarian and open to incorporating fish or eggs, you'll be well set. If you're fully plant-based and not open to that, some of the elimination work won't translate as cleanly. I'd rather tell you that upfront than have you invest and feel like a piece doesn't fit.

  • I work primarily with women so the language throughout the program is written with that in mind. But the physiology of autoimmune healing doesn't discriminate. The foundations, the nervous system work, the gut health, all of it applies regardless of gender. If you're not a woman and this resonates, you are absolutely welcome here.

  • Each module is designed to take about a week to work through and integrate, but you go at your own pace with lifetime access to the materials. There's no rushing to a finish line. Some modules will click quickly, others might take longer to integrate into your real life. Both are fine. The goal is sustainable change, not a speed run.
